I love a good denim jacket. And I love Mickey Mouse. So, obviously when I saw this jacket on Gap.com I had to order it. If only it wasn’t 90 degrees out so that I could actually wear it. I’m just waiting for fall to come back! I miss my cozy sweaters and high waisted jeans 😦 But, as I sit outside and type this it’s pretty lovely out, so I can’t really complain.

This denim jacket is a little more fitted than my other one, and it is so comfortable! I love how subtle the mickey is, too. I ordered mine in a medium, so that it would stil fit a little looser. I paired it with my fav. tee right now (from fashion 15 for all you twin falls-ians). I am obsessed with this mustard yellow color, usually I am not one to wear yellow, but I’ve bought a few different pieces in this color and love them. My black denim skirt is from Target! I love the fit. This black backpack is also from target, and it has quickly become one of my closet staples. I love that I can carry all my everyday essentials in it, plus my camera!

As my hair gets longer and as temperatures continue to rise, I have been choosing to braid my hair more and more. Amber Fillerup is one of my biggest braid/hair inspirations! I love all the new styles she comes up with.

Funny little story and blooper reel:

My dad decided to take us to Jarbidge, Nevada today, and he promised me that there would be cute old buildings I could take pictures in front of. Well, let me tell you. HE LIED. There were old buildings, but they were definitely not cute. There is pretty much only one way to get to the town, on this tiny little dirt road mind you, and there wasn’t any cool buildings to take pictures in front of. So, my mom told me to take some in front of this creek thing and to walk out on to this rock instead. I ALMOST DIED. First there was a huge spider crawling on me, then my dog shook water all over my new shirt, and on the way back I almost slipped and fell into the water numerous times. And my mom took pictures through it all. so here you go. the blog post that didn’t work out. I would be mad but we got homemade ice cream at the cafe there, so it’s all good.

You’re welcome. See you next time!
